On an Election year the election will be held on the third Tuesday in March. Every Citizen of the United States of America over the age of 18 is eligible to register and vote (a lawful permanent resident, Green card holder, is not eligible to vote). Simply pick up a voter registration application, fill it out, and mail it at least 30 days before the election date.
